Creative Digital Agency Wins Multiple Awards at 2018 MMA Smarties

Mobile Marketing Magazine Rewards Creative Digital Agency for their work with Merck Pharmaceutical


LONDON — Creative Digital Agency’s work for Merck Animal Health won the award for “Best Mobile-first Service” at this year’s Effective Mobile Marketing Awards, held by Mobile Marketing Magazine.


The winning campaign — a mobile Consumer Incentives Platform called “My Vet Offers” has already won multiple industry awards, including 2 major wins from the Mobile Marketing Association’s 2018 Smarties Awards.


Developed by mobile-first agency CDA, “My Vet Offers” involves an end-to-end mobile coupon solution for Merck Animal Health; a tool that simultaneously handles coupon distribution to pet owners and coupon redemption at retail for vet clinics.

Mario Cabrera, Executive Director of US Marketing for Merck Animal Health, describes the program as “a multichannel marketing initiative that delivers revenue-based KPIs, in real-time, at the point of sale. In addition to driving product trial, we get a flood of purchase data tied directly to individual pet owners and farmers.”




The winners in all 34 categories, including four People’s Choice Awards, were revealed at an Awards Ceremony in London this evening, attended by over 200 representatives from brands, agencies and mobile marketing firms.


Other brands honored for their work this evening included Very.co.uk, and The Telegraph, whose goal was to build the next generation of loyal Telegraph readers by connecting data and editorial, and using a combination of mobile, out of home, social, programmatic and podcasts. Another winner was the ‘Air BnB for pets’ platform, TrustedHousesitters, which took the awards for Most Effective CRM Campaign and Most Effective B2C App.




In the People’s Choice Awards, Procter & Gamble chief brand officer Marc Pritchard was crowned Mobile Marketer of the Year in an industry vote, in recognition, no doubt, of his efforts to clean up the digital advertising ecosystem.
