We’re looking for active, tech-savvy Gen Zers who want to share their voice on this multifaceted generation!
Creative Digital Agency (CDA) is hiring Insider Trends Officers (ITOs) for our paid summer internship program, inZa Lab. We’re looking for Gen Zers who can provide first-hand insights into the cultural, technological, media, and purchasing factors that set them apart from older generations.
CDA is all about being audience-first. With Gen Z outnumbering Millennials this year, it’s an audience that is worth getting to know — and what better way to appreciate a generation that’s all about authenticity than to hear it from Gen Zers, themselves? That’s why CDA started inZa Lab, a program where Gen Zers provide insight, as insiders, on their peers to the CDA Team.
Working alongside CDA’s team of storytellers, creatives, and strategists, the Summer 2020 InZa Lab ITO team will propose, execute and produce a documentary feature on the media and technology usage of their generational peers. By navigating Gen Z’s relationship with technology, they will produce a compelling narrative on the direction of Generation Z.
We are looking for smart, young and creative individuals to shed some light on the everyday technology norms that dictate life today in the following roles:
Social Media & Influencer Marketing Spokesperson
Last summer, our interns created a report (check it out here) using first-hand insights on the media usage and advertising preferences of Gen Z to find out what they like, want, and hate. This year, we want to bring this to life by creating content in a format that Gen Z naturally consumes: video. By putting it on-screen, documentary style, our mission is to create Gen Z content by Gen Z.
The ideal candidate should be between the ages of 16 – 23 years old but must be at least 16 years old by May 1, 2020 to apply.

In Korea, “Insider” is slang for someone who “gets it”, and “Insa” is short for “Insider”; someone who is plugged into the cultural zeitgeist and understands what is trending. As we are bringing in Gen Z interns and incorporating the “Insider” slang we named the program inZa Lab.
